Atelier Inquiries
What is the timeline for a couture piece?
Production timelines vary by piece. Ready-to-Ship items are already produced, while Made-to-Order and Custom Couture pieces require production time. Standard Made-to-Order atelier pieces require 7 to 30 business days in production before they ship; bridal and heavily embellished gowns require 21 to 45 business days. Your gown's page notes its production window, and your confirmation email will include the estimated completion window for your specific piece. Custom commissions have their own dedicated timelines discussed during your consultation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our clients reside globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by country or destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your destination country — these are collected on delivery, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in your order total. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What is the return policy on bespoke items?
Because each piece is crafted specifically for your measurements and desires, we do not accept returns on custom couture or pre-ordered atelier pieces. We work diligently with you before a single cut is made to ensure absolute perfection.
How do I secure an appointment?
To begin a dialogue regarding a custom piece, please utilize the Private Commission inquiry form. Should your vision align with our current capacity, our atelier director will reach out to schedule an initial consultation.
What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship, Made-to-Order, and Custom Couture?
House of St⭐r Atelier offers a combination of all three. Ready-to-Ship pieces are prepared for dispatch within our stated processing time. Made-to-Order pieces are created after your order is placed, reducing waste and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship. Custom Couture pieces are produced according to your selected measurements and customization requests. See our Order Fulfillment policy for full timelines.
