Most House of St⭐r Atelier pieces are made to order — your gown begins its life the moment you order it. Select gowns marked Ready to Ship are in stock and ship within 3–10 business days. Here is exactly how it works.

Order Fulfillment

House of St⭐r Atelier offers a combination of Ready-to-Ship, Made-to-Order, and Custom Couture pieces.

• Ready-to-Ship: Prepared for dispatch within our stated processing time.
• Made-to-Order: Created after your order is placed, reducing waste and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship.
• Custom Couture: Produced according to your selected measurements and customization requests.

Made to order, made for you

Pieces marked Ready to Ship are in stock and leave our atelier within 3–10 business days. For every other piece, our atelier sources the fabric and begins constructing your garment specifically for you the moment you order. This is what allows us to offer couture-level detail at a fraction of traditional couture pricing.

Production timeline

Made-to-order pieces require 7 to 30 business days in production before they ship. Bridal and heavily embellished gowns require 21 to 45 business days. Ready to Ship pieces skip production entirely and ship within 3–10 business days. Your confirmation email will include an estimated window for your specific piece.

How payment works

Your payment is collected securely at checkout. Once your order is placed, our team reviews your sizing and details, and contacts you within 24 hours if anything needs confirming. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed.

Rush orders

Need your gown sooner? Mention your event date in the notes field of your order. Where our atelier capacity allows, we offer rush production for an additional fee. We will always be honest with you about whether your timeline is achievable.

Changes & cancellations

Because production begins immediately, all sales are final and cancellations are not accepted. If you need to correct a sizing or contact detail, email us right away and we will do our best to accommodate before production begins. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
