How to Measure

Take your time, and use a soft tape in inches.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level and parallel to the floor. Snug, never tight.

Measure directly beneath your bust, around the ribcage where a bra band sits. This anchors your bodice fit.

Find the narrowest part of your torso — usually just above the navel — and measure around it. Stand naturally; don't suck in.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.

Stand barefoot against a wall and measure from the top of your head straight down to the floor.

From the hollow between your collarbones, measure straight down to where you want the hem to fall — wear your event heels.

Size up. Our gowns are designed with structure — a larger size can always be taken in by a tailor, but a too-small gown cannot be let out.

These pieces are cut close to the body. We recommend sizing up one if your hip measurement is at the top of a size range.

Size to your bust measurement. The boning and lacing allow 2–3 inches of adjustment at the back.
